Denise A. Perrotta, D.M.D.
Dr. Perrotta was born in Pittsburgh, PA and received both her Bachelor of Science and Dental Medical Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She spent two years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her postgraduate training and worked for the US Army in Ft. Hood, TX briefly prior to settling in New Hampshire in 1994 where she had practiced for fifteen years. As part of her mid-life crisis, she sold her business in NH in December 2009 and made the move to Winston-Salem with her better half, Rick, where they now live with their two yellow labs, Katie and Cooper. She is excited to be back in North Carolina and feels both honored and privileged to have worked in the dental profession for the past thirty years. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society and the Forsyth County Dental Society.

Denise A. Perrotta, D.M.D.
Kendra is originally from Beckley, WV. In 2006, she moved to Southern FL where she attended the All Smiles Dental Assisting School and started her career in dentistry. She loves helping her patients and was promoted to Office Manager after 2 years of assisting. She moved to Rural Hall in 2017, where she resides with her husband. She has three daughters and 4 huskies Willow, Wolf, Winnie and Wilson. Kendra loves all holidays and enjoys decorating her home as well as the office. In her spare time she enjoys visiting the beach, fishing, attending local festivals, live music and spending time with her family.
